Avoid EOS Modern furniture store Toronto
On February 12, 2011 we ordered a couch from this store with delivery promised in 4-6 weeks. We paid in full, I know big mistake. The couch has yet to arrive. In a mid-March email they had asked us to give them until April 20 to produce the couch, we agreed and asked for full credit if it did not arrive, they agreed. Needless to say April 20 passed, the couch did not arrive, nor was the credit processed. Telephone calls and emails have not been answered, the manager was ‘on vacation’ when we dropped into the store.
Based on our experience, I would advise against dealing with EOS Modern, they have a strong web and Facebook presence, and a store at 9000 Keele St. in Concord.

They used to be “Real Time Furniture” (check the thread) they had to change the name duo to bad reputation. Please call the Minister of consumer Services. Let’s put this scammer Chris King (the store owner) in jail!

Hello, I have a similar experience with this company. I ordered a bed frame and paid in full as well. They promised to have it in the next week. That was in April 2011, it is now August. My fiancee went to the actual store and it was closed but the furniture was all there. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but there has not been any resolution.

hi, sorry to hear y’alls disappoints. I actually had a great experience shopping at RT. Christy the sales rep was awesome. I actually live in Ottawa. I had ordered a customized sectional called the allen. The sectional arrived on time and in good shape. I bought the sectional two years ago and still enjoy the comfortness and quality.
